The Artist Behind the Classroom

About Ms. Loviea

Mentorship, and creative impact.

The Why Behind My Work

I’m Ms.Loviea, an artist and educator passionate about creativity.

Art is about self-expression and seeing the world differently.

You don’t have to be a “natural artist” to be creative. My class is a space to explore, and develop your artistic voice. I’m here to guide and inspire you.

Elena's Passion To Teach

I’ve always believed in the power of creativity and the freedom of expression. Volunteering my time to bring art programs into classrooms has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Some of my best memories are spending time with the kids at BHA, witnessing their enthusiasm and joy for having an arts class, and seeing how creativity sparks inspiration and confidence in them.

Teaching Inside the BHA School Program

Ms. Loviea's Classroom

At Evergrave Church in Magnolia, I created a VBS summer arts program to teach kids the beauty of expression. I brought everything from home like canvas, paints, aprons, brushes, books, tables, T-shirts, props, and painted the walls to bring the classroom to life and inspire their creativity.

It is amazing to see the kids crack out of their shell and start simply creating.

My Story

Inspired by Diamonds

With a strong foundation in the diamond industry, my art shines.

Inspired by the diamond trade and its impactful locations such as Botswana, India, New York, Antwerp, and more.

Capturing the beauty of the trade.

Style & Process

Loviea Style

I work with traditional acrylics on large canvases, blending in charcoal, a medium close to home, as both diamonds and charcoal are carbon.

My style is abstract with a quick sketch style. I do have a love for sketchy half done artwork. The process truly is the art.

Studies

My Unique Twist

I studied abroad for jewelry design and training in the traditional art of gouache and watercolor for high-end jewelry renderings.

I bring a touch of sparkle to my art, sometimes  embedding real diamonds!!

If you know me, you know my work.
